Another, very sustainably minded operation, they use locally sourced produce whenever they can, as well as adhering to the admirable Reduce, Reuse & Recycle thought process as often as possible.

Very popular location for weddings held around the lake. It’s easy to see why. The hotel itself, the grounds, the food, the view. All contribute to a superb experience.
